    • Teepublic handles our merchandise shop. Teepublic privacy policy. Your credit card details, the details of your orders, and your shipping address are managed by Teepublic and not released to Megaphonic, except in aggregate.

  • Squarespace

  • Transistor

    • Transistor manages Megaphonic’s audio hosting. Information about your device and location are shared with Transistor for analytics purposes when you download any episode from Megaphonic. Transistor privacy policy.

  • Podtrac

Data Retention Policy

Data concerning membership will only be retained as long as you remain a Member, plus one year following termination.

Securing Your Data

Megaphonic will take reasonable technical and organization precautions to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal information. If Megaphonic stores any of your data, it will do so on secure servers.

Discord Community Posts

Be advised that Megaphonic does not monitor Discord posts for disclosure of any personal information you may post in any user-generated content. Discord includes tools allowing for you to edit or delete your posts. If you need assistance, you may contact Megaphonic with the contact information below.

Cross-border Data Transfers

Information that Megaphonic collects may be stored and processed in and transferred between any of the countries in which Megaphonic operates to enable the use of the information in accordance with this privacy policy. You agree to such cross-border transfers of personal information.

Children’s Privacy

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important.   1. Megaphonic does not track users, who interact with its website across the web, and therefore does not use “do not track” signals.
